You will automatically be registered for any day you are acting as faculty and will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after this e-mail. Should
you wish to register for additional days, we are pleased to offer a discounted rate of £75 per day. To take advantage of this offer please complete the form available
here and return to Mandy in the BMUS office at events@bmus.org.
Conference Gala Dinner
Gala Dinner Tickets need to be ordered and paid for prior to
the meeting, it is fully expected that this event will sell out due to the special venue – should you wish to attend please complete the form available
here and return the form to Mandy in the BMUS office at events@bmus.org.
Accommodation
We are holding a limited number of hotel rooms for those whose lecture or conference commitments necessitate an overnight stay. Should you require
an overnight stay, please complete the form available
here and return the form to Mandy in the BMUS office by 4th November on
events@bmus.org. Should
you require to stay overnight the BMUS base hotel is a minute walk to the venue.
Travel & Expenses
As with all small societies there is a requirement to keep costs to a minimum
and for all journeys reasonable economy travel will be re-imbursed. Should you be travelling on the day, the tram from Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station will cost no more than £4 return. Trams run every 6 or 10 minutes, depending on the time of day. The

Car Parking
Should you choose to drive, there is an abundance of ticketed
parking at the front of the venue. Please keep this ticket with you throughout the day and on departure exchange this ticket for a pre-validated ticket which will give you complimentary parking. This ticket can be obtained from Mandy Cove (only) at the Cash
Registration Desk in the main foyer.
